To create an Instagram business page you can either create one through the Meta Business Suite or convert an existing personal Instagram account. This guide will explain how to convert your personal Instagram account to a Business account on a web browser.
How to Convert Instagram Account to Business

Login or create a new Instagram account
First, you need to login into your existing Instagram account or create a new Instagram account.
To do this go to instagram.com. This is will create a personal Instagram account, and it will be converted into a business account by following the next steps.

Open Instagram settings
(1) Click on your profile picture in the top right of Instagram once logged in.
(2) Select Settings.If you are using the Instagram app on your phone, select your profile picture, then Account, then scroll to the bottom to select the options to convert your account to a professional account.

Switch personal account to a professional account
At the bottom of the left-hand side margin, select Switch to professional account.

Select the best type of business you are
You can choose here what type of business is most suited to you.
Choose Creator if you would consider yourself more of a content creator.
Choose Business if you provide a service, have a local presence and sell products through a shop or e-commerce website. -
Review and accept business or creator descriptions
Review the information that is shown here when you choose your business type to see if it still applies to your business. If so then press Next.

Select a category
Search for and select the business or creator category that best applies to your business, then press done.

Enter and review your contact information
Enter the contact details for your business here. If you don’t want to share any contact details with your followers then just select Don’t use my contact info.

Finished converting personal Instagram account to business Instagram account
Select done as you have now finished converting your personal Instagram account to a business Instagram account.

Update business information
Open the settings again (same as in step 2) to update your business information, such as website, bio, email and phone number.
If you want to switch your business account back to a personal account select the Switch to personal account link at the bottom of the left-hand side in the settings.

Select switch back
To switch your business Instagram account back to a personal account select switch back.

Confirm it was changed
If you successfully changed it back to a personal account, in the settings it will have the option to switch your account back to a professional account.

(2) Page analytics. You will be able to view the performance of your posts, user interaction and audience to name a few.
